My LinkedIn Learning course teaches strategies for subdividing various types of design surface into flat panels. The course shows how to manage typical constraints, apply patterns, and analyze results. Skills covered include:
Panel design is an art form all its own within architectural design. Each project poses unique constraints, and some curved surfaces are inherently tricky to build with small, flat pieces. This is where custom scripting comes into play, and this is why an architect using Revit would benefit from my course, which was the first of its kind to teach advanced geometry and logic patterns in Dynamo.
